Alright so I direct to end Tracerpt.exe and StartManSvc.exe through Resource Monitor in Windows Task Manager, then resumed my PC and both of the procedures seem to go away. No more CPU hogging.

So my next query is these 2 procedures (Tracerpt.exe and StartManSvc.exe) fundamental or I can do devoid of them? Anybody else operating Windows 7 64bit cares to ctrl+alt+delete ---> Windows Task Manager ---> Performance tab ----> click Resource Monitor (at the base) and observe if these 2 procedures are operating on your system? Thanks.
