The Corsair TX750 is absolutely a superior PSU. PSU's don't contain a direct collision on performance, typically. I'm not familiar with the Inter-Tech product so I'm not certain of its quality although being an indefinite brand and using passive in place of active PFC doesn't bode too fine for it.
