Varun got back onto his Suzuki Access and the Honda Aviator had no takers in the Bike India office. As I have had the Activa earlier, and loved it, I was keen on trying this new scooter from Honda. The Aviator is basically not targeted at the female riders. It's more of an executive scoorer and this has lent a taller design to the scooter. It is not a big problem, but I do have some issues with my feer barely reaching the ground.
The ride quality of the bike has absolute no issues. The same old engine of Honda which has been doing duty on the Activa and Dio is smooth and refined. It also delivers a good fuel economy of about 42-44 kmpl in the city. An important utility factor that the Aviator offers is it's under seat storage capacity. My half-fac'e helmet and lots of other stuff is comfortably contained in it. No complaints so far about the scooter. Even with its next servicing date coming close, it is still performing like I have just got it serviced.
