The rains have returned to the city and the state, bringing cheer to everyone. So I have been riding the Aviator on the wet and rain soaked streets of Mumbai. And while doing so I realized that I was better off on a scooter than those on bikes. If you are wondering why, let me tell you that on a scooter I can ride with both my feet resting comfortably on the floor and what's even more important is that my shoes and trousers are completed protected from the spray kicked up by the front tyre and also that thrown up by the other vehicles running ahead of me. So while those on bikes get to office with mucky shoes, mine are always shining.
