If tracert.exe is situated in a subfolder of C:\Windows, then the safety rating is 80% hazardous. File size is 70,656 bytes. There is no account of the program. The program is not noticeable. It is an indefinite file in the Windows folder. Program starts upon Windows set up (see Registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curre nt Version\Run). Tracert.exe is not a Windows core file. Tracert.exe is able to monitor functions.
Alright so I direct to end Tracerpt.exe and StartManSvc.exe through Resource Monitor in Windows Task Manager, then resumed my PC and both of the procedures seem to go away. No more CPU hogging.
So my next query is these 2 procedures (Tracerpt.exe and StartManSvc.exe) fundamental or I can do devoid of them? Anybody else operating Windows 7 64bit cares to ctrl+alt+delete ---> Windows Task Manager ---> Performance tab ----> click Resource Monitor (at the base) and observe if these 2 procedures are operating on your system? Thanks.
My friend told you where it is in the registry. Enter and delete it..... start/run/regedit................or start/msconfiguration........... Appear under start up and services. Remove verify mark from box.
