Experience? Kid, I work in Computer Support and I've constructed more computers than you contain brain cells. You in fact do not speak English very fine. I inquired you if there was a Virus Scan operating when you noticed the high CPU operation. Kill some processes, clean mount, stop using crappy browsers or just quit your whining. If it runs okay why does it subject how high the CPU usage is? Yet my E8600 at work employs 10 to 20% idle at times. You are getting free tech support and all you do is trash talk me. Who do you believe you are? Learn some grammar talents while you are at it as well.

What edition of windows are you using?

I know it's a long shot, but I discovered that on my PC (Vista 64bit), the windows sidebar infrequently starts a second process in Task Manager and sits there using 40-50% of my CPU. possibly the same for 32bit....

I have located that when this occurs it (aside from clearly running and opening programs slower) also limits my download speed, as when I stop the procedure or close the sidebar, my downloads and all starts cranking once more.

So if it occurs again, check to see if you have a sidebar process running in task manager and observe if it’s using up your CPU.

Okay I confess I obtained it a bit too far, and you badmouth free support and employ English that creates scarcely any sense, it's hard for me or actually anyone to try and help you. There could be a million reasons; we could actually utilize a little more data.

If its not something completely disastrous, the common culprits are:
a. background processes (all sorts of safety suites or "optimizers" )
b. spyware acquired in deep
c. bloated OS

You just acquired the computer. Could be a subject... Or all of them... simple attach: uninstall stuff like crazy and obtain slim, trusted applications or obtain a clean install with and tweak it to excellence.

Seem I'm sorry okay? I just don't imagine that you should have told me that I don't contain knowledge just because I didn't provide you an answer you liked. I am sorry that I couldn't appreciate what you were annoying to say.
